NEW YORK (September 12, 2005) - TheLadders.com, the world's leading $100k+ job search engine, today announced that DeWayne Martin has joined the company as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. In this role, Martin will develop and lead the company's partnership marketing program while building strategic relationships in support of company-wide goals and new business opportunities.

Martin brings extensive experience in advertising and online markets, including the launch of several e-commerce sites, to TheLadders.com. Martin was the founding General Manager of Forbes.com and managed the launch of the Web site. Following that, Martin was the CEO of ZanyBrainy.com, the Publisher of IPO.com, and most recently the COO of True Measure, a leading national radio advertising sales and services company focused on providing advertisers with effective and innovative marketing solutions.

"We recently announced our growth to 500,000 members in just two years, and DeWayne's role is critical to taking TheLadders.com to the next level," stated Marc Cenedella, President and CEO of TheLadders.com. "DeWayne comes to us with a world of experience, great connections in the publishing world, fantastic business judgment, and an affable flair for opening doors."

While at True Measure, Martin directed day-to-day operations, improved efficiencies, raised quality standards, signed multiple strategic partnerships, and increased billings for the company. As the Publisher of IPO Group Inc., Martin drove the company to profitability for the first time in its operating history. Before IPO.com, Martin was the CEO of ZanyBrainy.com where he launched a new, award-winning Web site for Zany Brainy, Inc., offering more than 6,000 SKUs.

Earlier in his career, Martin was the Director of Business Development for Interactive Imaginations and a Circulation Manager with Forbes, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree from Stanford University, and was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball. Martin will remain on True Measure's advisory board.

"I look forward to leveraging my vast experience to develop and lead this new effort for TheLadders.com," commented Martin. "The partnership marketing program is slated to be an exciting addition to the wonderful online job search services TheLadders.com provides for recruiters, helping them to get their messages out to qualified candidates."
