Create a sales and service organization that is conducive to meeting and exceeding R.G.U. goals, customer satisfaction scores, sales, and service level standards. Design, implement and monitor quality initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and sales. Develop customer sales and retention strategies and implement plans pertaining to customer acquisition of company's services that are in alignment with the marketing department's objectives.
