The VP for Programs will provide leadership and management of global program activities. S/he will, under the guidance of the President and the Board of Directors, and together with the Division heads of Sustainable Forestry, Sustainable Agriculture, Sustainable Tourism, Education, Cross-divisional initiatives and Monitoring and Evaluation, set the strategic direction and objectives of the organization. In coordination with Division heads, help establish program strategy and goals, maintain consistent and timely progress in reaching goals, evaluate how goals are being met.
