To support this, it is important to serve as an escalation point for vendors, an internal champion for vendor perspectives and an external champion for Benelogic's needs. Monitoring the ongoing health of vendor relationships, opportunities for business development and referrals, trends and industry changes that may impact vendors and Benelogic, and leveraging the full range of information to diplomatically persuade vendors to cooperate and foster strong relationships are all critical tasks.
