The Vice President Professional Services (VPPS) will develop and lead the professional services organization. As a key member of senior management this individual will drive our Professional Services organization to be extremely focused on understanding and meeting customer requirements, building long term relationships and achieving extraordinarily high satisfaction and referenceability leading to improved gross margins.
