The VP of Operations will manage the Distribution, Planning and Forecasting departments. He/She will be challenged to find opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity throughout the supply chain. The qualified candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, develop and influence others. He/She will be able to manage competing demands, execute against short time-frames, and react well under pressure.
