Fast-growing and entrepreneurial, privately held contact center company is seeking a Vice President of Operations. The contact center is predominately managed in an at-home agent model. This position is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The company was recently acquired by a Private Equity firm and has aggressive growth plans. We need a seasoned, hands-on Vice President of Operations with demonstrated skills in growing client accounts and achieving performance metrics.
