As member of the senior leadership team, implement the strategic plan within assigned Value Stream. Develop and implement the annual Policy Deployment Matrix (PDM) for assigned Value Stream; continually assess performance relative to the VS's PDM and implement corrective actions as appropriate. Analyze and report VS's product development, program, and operations performance to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of internal financial objectives.
