Provide high level of technical support while providing standardization and automation principles that are integrated into the organization. Work closely with Operation organization to ensure that both day to day and emergency support is provided at the highest level. Provide all transmission, substation and distribution engineering and present customer interface on new business jobs while enforcing LIPA's tariff and rules and regulations.
