Directs the strategic planning, direction and overall performance of the Purchasing and Inventory Management functions. Set goals and assist in the planning, budgeting, financial and human resource decisions to enable the organization to reach cthose goals and objectives. Provide direction to the purchasing, inventory and import departments.
