This position will play a critical role in leading the efforts in the overall business transformation for MDC Holdings, Inc. This position will be responsible for driving and improving business operating processes to reduce costs and improve service levels through minimizing inefficiencies, improving decision-making processes, improving control methods, and ensuring that critical business processes are aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
