Manage the operations / fulfillment units of the organization through the post-sales process - planning through production, distribution and reporting. Advise the COO on strategic business opportunities and key corporate issues that relate and impact the operations of the company, including resource allocation among units, customer trends and opportunities, unit or individual performance, and recommended courses of action.
