The Vice President - Plant Operations reports to the General Manager and is a key member of the senior management team. The primary objective of this individual is to provide the leadership required to meet company safety, quality, customer service and cost objectives in the Plant Operations Departments. The Vice President of Plant Operations manages an organization that's comprised of approximately 15 salaried, 420 hourly, and 70 temporary employees in the Production, Warehousing, Compounding, Engineering, Maintenance, and Decoration Departments.
