Provide leadership to business unit management to identify strategic and operational objectives and assess current and implement new processes performed within and among functional areas that support these objectives. Facilitate the identification of problem areas and recommend focus for quality improvement initiatives through Value Steam Mapping and Process Charting to promote effective, efficient and economic business operations, processes and practices.
