Develop and lead a culture of progressive process improvement throughout the corporation to continually strive to establish a highly efficient environment. Initiate process control systems to assure that activities provide a strategic competitive advantage in the marketplace. Provide leadership to business unit management to identify strategic and operational objectives and assess current and implement new processes performed within and among functional areas that support these objectives.
