Prioritize clients and work towards a successful/collaborative plan to ensure a successful launch. For current client accounts with existing revenue, ensure both Business Development and teams/resources are aligned to service account and further penetrate account to build profitable relationships. Deliver a diagnostic evaluation of current client situation and estimated timeline for achieving a successful partnership at his/her assigned clients.
