Responsible for lead management, customer service and customer satisfaction worldwide. Operating in a matrix organization with other customer care and customer service professionals, the VP of Global Customer Care will provide leadership and direction in the development, management and continued enhancement of frameworks, strategic/operations plans, methods, processes and procedures to continuously anticipate and address the needs of our clients globally across all channels.
