Job Description:
The Vice President, General Manager will lead the relationship with key Pharmaceutical accounts. The GM is responsible for maintaining and deepening current relationships with clients, finding new opportunities to grow business within accounts, managing the service delivery team for the account and managing the Profit & Loss of the account. Key performance indicators for this position include maintaining and improving customer satisfaction, growing top-line revenue, managing the client-level profitability of the account and effectively building and leading the Client Service, Technology, Analytic, and Marketing teams needed to deliver.
