Responsible to plan, organise, manage and direct all the activities of the Histology Consumables Business Unit to deliver sustainable growth and profitability of the Core Histology Consumable business. Identify and recommend the short, medium and long-term business strategies, effective R&D, product development, marketing and effective manufacturing and operations activities to ensure sales, operating profit and business plans are achieved and a sustained process is in place to support them.
