Establish and maintain contact with distributors and field sales to ensure that the brewery's quality levels are meeting or exceeding distributor needs. Evaluate package and product quality performance issues in the field and resolve accordingly. Coordinates field sales, distributor and retail visits to the brewery. Evaluates customer service matrices, focusing on distributors with deviations. Represents the brewery at selected field sales meetings to educate, provide operations' perspective and receive feedback regarding quality issues.
