Develop and implement a strategy to integrate product design, tool design, tool build and tool commercialization processes. Interface directly with customers, marketing, product development, engineering and manufacturing to streamline all aspects of the product introduction process. Lead Tool Design process. Manage all internal tool design resources. Span of responsibility includes design of tools for prototypes, semi works and full production tooling. Develop and implement a process to ensure product attributes are accurately and quickly translated into product design requirements.
