This position supervises the work and training of the following subordinates : QHSE Leader, ISO Project Lead, Lubrication Engineers and Product Support Chemists, Quality Chemists ; Manages departmental expenses in terms of salaries, travel expenses, training expenses, outside laboratory expenses, etc.
