Develop the AM Vision and strategy for the Manufacturing Site. Lead, train and coach AM Facilitators and AM Teams through the Steps of Autonomous Maintenance. Develop tracking systems to provide AM Teams with information and feedback on their progress. This includes a Pillar Scorecard. Develop auditing system to insure completion of each of the Steps in Autonomous Maintenance and ensure sustainability of previous Steps completed.
