This role will be responsible to provide leadership and guidance to multiple operations implementing all aspects of the Business System, applied to all aspects of the business. Concerned with longer term strategy of continuous improvement, and teaching at the management level AND making sure the factory teaching is correct. Work with line management to develop people's skills for implementing and managing robust processes.
