The Systems Engineer V will be responsible for ensuring the Orion rocket motor assemblies and component designs meet the technical requirements of the contract. Reporting to the Orion Programs Chief Engineer, this Senior-Level Systems Engineer will act as the technical liaison between customers, management, work centers, and vendors, as well as with other engineers in the company. This Systems Engineer will review and create component designs and coordinate/review supporting analyses. In addition, the Engineer will identify and resolve technical issues, MRB dispositions, contract requirements, verifications, and flow down.
