The candidate will lead projects involving the implementation of operational effectiveness analysis in the Phantom Works Studies and Analysis Organization. He / she will be expected to be viewed as an enterprise-wide expert in consistently and proactively identifying and implementing solutions to exceptionally complex problems or situations.
