It is the duty of the Sustaining Engineering Program Manager (SEPM) to assume responsibility for a number of assigned programs that have been transferred to the factory, and are considered to be beyond the state of raw development. Monitoring, auditing, improving, and releasing corrective actions for yields, DPPM, field reliability performance, cost reductions, and overall customer satisfaction.
