Responsible for all aspects of purchasing activities related to software and telecom commodity management. Develops and maintains supply base relationships. Develops and implements strategic sourcing plans with key business partners. Manages sourcing strategies, pricing, actual procurement, and expediting, when required. Clearly understands and has demonstrated supply base management skills. Must possess ability to facilitate and/or lead projects and meetings concerning technical sourcing or pricing issues.
