Prioritizes and directs the workload of individual Engineers and Drafters ensuring maximum efficient use of both human and financial resources. Drives process documentation promoting improvement efforts. This position shall mentor the Mechanical Engineering staff to assure use of the most current state-of-the-art technology applications.
