Analyzes and evaluates subcontractor's cost estimates, cost and pricing data and methodology in arriving at direct and indirect costs and rates contained in proposals to determine reasonableness, allowability and allocability of the proposed costs and estimating techniques. Ascertains reasonableness of proposed costs using forecasting and analytical techniques and other sources such as audit reports, labor and market data, salary/wages and travel schedules.
