The Strategy Director manages all aspects of their team's growth, from general management to oversight of the strategic content itself. This leadership role requires a strong ability to articulate strategic vision and values to both Strategy team members and the studio as a whole. In addition, the Strategy Director must have superior client skills and is a key participant in cementing and growing client relationships.
