Award, negotiate, and oversee various types of contracts, such as CM agreements, 3PL agreements, consulting agreements, and other supplier and contractual agreements. Ensure contracts have supplier accountability including performance metrics/SLAs/warranties and resultant penalties. Help resolve disputes and commercial issues with suppliers in conjunction with our internal customers.
