Will lead Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement projects in the refinery. Will lead and mentor Green Belts and Lean Practitioners in the execution of high-level projects and programs. As a change agent, this person will be required to cultivate relationships, be able to influence without authority and establish a network of support at all levels that will inspire and drive process improvement initiatives throughout the organization. BS in engineering. Minimum 5 years experience as a refinery process engineer, and 2 years experience as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
