The Sr. Vice President of Operations is an Executive Level Position which requires leadership of a group of over 300 people in 2 facilities. The candidate will be expected to ensure the execution of day to day operations as well as strategically aligning the operations with the corporate vision. Developing and maximizing key operational metrics through enhancements and changes to the process is a fundamental aspect of this position. Along with operational responsibilities, it is expected that the candidate will be a contributing member of our Executive Leadership Team which helps set the strategic course for the organization.
