The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills which are critical to working in a team environment with other design disciplines within the organization. Daily interactions with Project Engineering, Component Design, Software Design, Electrical Design, Software Quality and Reliability are required. In addition, the candidate will be expected to interact with the customer (both commercial and military) as well as suppliers on a regular basis, taking a lead role during technical discussions and formal coordination meetings.
