Provides thought leadership and change management to operationalize the Quality Management discipline and organization. Drive RACI analysis across teams. Facilitate development of best practices for organization with practice leads. Establish and conduct quality reviews on projects level of advanced complexity and risk. Work with project teams to build schedule for each project. Consolidate project level schedule into overall schedule. Leads and coordinates corrective actions within a project of advanced complexity and risk.
