Support Program Manager in all aspects of operational delivery. Oversees 10 to 15 full-time employees in the areas of service desk, desktop support, patch management, and LAN/server. Oversees the selection of assigned personnel for the project. Ensures communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives. Acts as point of contact to client's program management office.
