The Senior Project Manager serves as primary client contact for multiple transportation projects and has full managerial responsibility for all aspects of the project including negotiating extras, cost control, staffing and quality control. Responsibilities also include securing profitable new work, estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on large or multiple projects. Will actively manage the client's budget, schedule and program.
