Manage multiple complex programs to deploy product and/or technology initiatives. Manage Project Managers and other project leads assigned to the program. Lead, supervise and coach the Project Managers in the PMO. Use Metrics to identify, capture, analyze and improve the key indicators of project success and leveraging these to improve future projects.
