Member of a project team and responsible for the preparation of the process portion of the screening and evaluation study basis, interface with other departments to insure proper input on all jobs is essential, and justification of project expenditures is a primary function of this position. Responsible for developing engineering solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Projects may arise from either planned capital expenditures or from technical service activities in the refinery. Develops project studies to evaluate options (technically and economically) and recommends the best solution.
