Mechanical reliability expert in the CRDM R&D reliability organization. Person will be responsible for evaluating design proposals, predicting structural/mechanical reliability of designs, and developing techniques to demonstrate product reliability. Person will be expected to play a strong role in influencing organizational direction - must be comfortable as both a technical leader and a change agent, when appropriate. Must be able to effectively explain mechanical reliability concepts to all levels in the organizational structure.
