You will be responsible for successfully managing the complete design process for a design-build project while balancing the owner's satisfaction with the company's gross margin. You will oversee the design of new projects including budget analysis, control of mechanical design, equipment selection, assessment of the owner needs and initiating the development of an overall design plan, as well as the ongoing monitoring through the effective scheduling, delegation and supervision of your design team, and the accuracy of designs, design costs and design change orders.
