The Operations Director will provide leadership and strategic direction for a cross-functional group of site operations professionals: R&D Project Management, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Facilities, IT/IS, Quality and EHS. Lead CA work streams by aligning stakeholders through planning and execution. Implement infrastructure to support a world class vaccines R&D organization. Integrate, facilitate, coordinate, and manage all operational activities for an R&D site focused on vaccines research and development.
