Primary job responsibility is to develop, manage and strategically lead and support Maintenance Operations Division. Development of processes and procedures to ensure consistency throughout the portfolio. Provide leadership to 3 direct reports at the manager level to ensure highest level of customer service while delivering cost-effective operations.
