Job Description:
Directs the coordination of technical and administrative support activities including installation, repair, preventative maintenance and upgrades. Manages the activities of field support groups at single or multiple locations, directly or through sub managers, Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained. Schedules personnel responding to critical situations. Maintains communication with product users and related company functional groups. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
