Manages, leads and develops one or more therapeutic area team(s) within Safety Management. Manages team(s) activities to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines. Identifies, initiates and implements process and workflow procedure improvements. Monitors and communicates workload projections and metrics for respective therapeutic area and participates in area budget process and proposals.
