Provide project management consultation and mentorship of the various project phases and the deliverables such as: development and execution of the project plan, network diagrams, and the work breakdown structure (WBS); analyzing critical paths; schedule management; resource planning; project budgeting; cost control; quality planning and control; project organizational planning; communications planning; risk identification and control; project performance reviews, and a variety of project analyses.
