Duties include tracking and preparing performance metrics, conducting performance reviews, and presenting data to senior management. Candidate will assure that Quality Standards are met, and product is processed per required procedures. He/She will interface with and report to various departments located in Stratford CT, as well as the supply base to obtain a quality product by utilizing relentless root cause/corrective action process to ensure problem closure.
