Objectives will include rationalization of Supply Base, leveraging spend, reducing rates, identifying opportunities for internalization, and on-going transformation of procure-to-pay process. Develop procurement systems and processes. Develop and manage relevant metrics including spend analysis, requistion-to-payment process, operational efficiencies, and supplier performance.
