The duties of this position include, but are not limited to: the review of and response to a high volume of confidential legal requests and legal process (subpoenas, court orders, search warrants) for customer records on a 24x7 basis for numerous Microsoft Online Services such as Windows Live, Xbox Live and Office Live ensuring compliance with Microsoft's legal and policy requirements and the laws of various jurisdictions. It is vital that these requests be answered accurately, with an attention to detail in a timely manner according to SLA and compliance due dates.
